Market Director - Nuclear New Build

If you''ll enjoy being our New Build Market Director, and you want to have some fun along the way, this might just be the role for you.Your Purpose: Reporting to the Managing Director and being a member of our Nuclear EMEA leadership team, you will be the leader of our New Build business which covers our new build activities across large- and small-scale nuclear reactors which includes GW, SMRs/AMRs, and our work in the Fusion sector. The role will also take a lead on all our regional new build opportunity plays across the UK, Europe and Middle East, including our New Build business that we have established in France. The role will have full PandL responsibility for the market, leading a business delivering approximately £100m of revenue per annum, with an ambition to reach £250m in the next five years. You will work closely with clients, external partners, suppliers, account managers, and our work winning functions.To enable us to achieve the business growth we\''re capable of, in the timescales we believe matches our potential, you\''ll be the type of person who just can\''t help but get things done. It\''s a plan that will see our business double in size through bidding, winning, and delivering projects of a scale and complexity that provide the most amazing opportunities for everyone involved.You\''ll play a key role in the expansion and development efforts of our Nuclear EMEA business. You will bring a diverse approach to thought, think the unthinkable, and question the norm. Supporting the growth of our existing client base whilst also expanding our client base and addressable market share.Hybrid working is very important to us; however, we would expect that you would want to spend a significant amount of your time with clients, partners and our great teams spread across the region. Travel will also be important to you, to ensure that you are able to connect with staff and clients across your whole portfolio.What you\''ll bring
