This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to join a growing team delivering complex marine infrastructure projects. Essential Requirements Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marine project management, or 15+ years' experience as a Site Manager within the marine sector. Proven experience managing marine construction projects. Confident working in environments involving: Diving operations Jack-Up Barges (JUBs) Pontoons Complex lifting operations Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills. Strong understanding of health & safety and marine industry best practice. Full UK driving licence. Responsibilities Manage marine construction projects from start to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and clients. Oversee programme, quality and commercial performance.
