Our vessels can dock at any time of day, so you will be on hand to ensure our operations are efficient, effective and support our sustainability plans.How you will help us and what you can expectTypical contribution includes managing and coordinating booking figures, vessel schedules and ensuring vessels are planned to optimum capacity whilst taking into consideration the constraints of the vessels, cargo and ports. Attention to detail is paramount in double checking all information and ensuring our performance is efficient and stable.Further daily activities include:Effective communication with all stakeholdersEnsuring all information provided is accurate- including data reportingManage special cargo requirementsManage COD / Restow requests and following up with cost assignmentManage any partner''s allocations and follow up with final report to VSA departmentManage vessel performanceDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with the Vessel Captains, Chief Officers, Port Planning Dept, Liners, Port Captains and Agents, ensuring effective communication at all timesEscalation of key reportable issuesProactive cost analysisCompliance with all international and IMO regulationsSkills and experience you''ll bring to usWe''d like you to bring an open mind and logical thought process as well as ..... full job details .....
