A relevant maritime qualification or professional certification. Strong knowledge of marine safety, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Experience working with vessel crews, ports, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Demonstrable leadership and people-management experience. Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills. The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operational environment. A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental protection, and operational excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marine/operations management systems.
