We are looking for a Marine Operations Manager / Boatyard Manager, for a Marine business based in Chichester

The Role of Operations Manager / Boatyard Manager

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing marine operations, engineering activity, and day-to-day team management. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of an ambitious and fast-moving marine business.

What We''re Looking For as a Operations Manager / Boatyard Manager

Qualified Mechanical Engineer or Marine Engineer

OR a Lifting Technician with solid machinery experience

Strong boat and marine systems knowledge

Proven ability to manage people, tasks, and operational priorities

A strong cultural fit with a collaborative, forward-thinking business

Ideally based locally or within reasonable commuting distance

This role is suitable for someone from a technical backgrounds, provided they have strong marine knowledge and leadership capability.
