Marine Manager Location: Sunderland (Global Operations) Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Marine Manager Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a growing marine solutions business in the appointment of a newly created Marine Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marine professional to join a well established organisation operating globally across marine and ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations. As a newly established role within the business, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape operational processes, drive marine safety standards and play a key role in supporting the company''s future growth. The Marine Manager will be responsible for coordinating marine operations, technical support and superintendent resources, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with industry regulations and best practice. We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have progressed from a seafaring background, such as former Mooring Masters, Chief Officers, Marine Superintendents or Master Mariners, who are looking to further develop their shore-based leadership career.
