You will combine high-quality teaching and assessment with curriculum leadership, substantial employer engagement and industry collaboration, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the sector. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Marine Engineering curriculum. Teach, coach and assess apprentices and full-time learners. Support apprentices through to successful End Point Assessment. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners.
