      <description>Location: Dartmouth | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Opportunity  A position has arisen for an experienced Marine Engineer to join our workshop team. This role focuses on the installation, system integration, and commissioning of propulsion and electrical systems for our premium rigid inflatable boats. You will turn engineering blueprints into fully operational, high-performance vessels.   Key Responsibilities       Install and align inboard and outboard engines, steering mechanisms, and control systems.       Fit and commission complex marine electrical systems, navigation electronics, and plumbing.       Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify mechanical and electrical faults during pre-delivery inspections.       Conduct sea trials to validate vessel performance, handling, and system integrity.       Work closely with the production team to ensure builds progress according to the schedule.      What We Are Looking For        Experience:  Demonstrated track record in marine engineering, specifically with high-performance leisure or commercial craft.
