This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic Marine Team, supporting the delivery of complex offshore design scopes while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across global offices.The RoleAs a Marine Designer, you will:Support and lead within the Marine TeamLiaise closely with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendorsCoordinate with global project teams to deliver work within agreed timelines and budgetsProvide technical guidance and mentor Junior designersManage and oversee remote design teamsDevelop project-specific job notes, guides, and training materials to ensure consistent deliverable''sOrganise team schedules and allocate resources to meet project milestonesBreak down project scopes to drawing level and estimate resource requirementsWork effectively in a hybrid office based environmentRequirementsMarine and Structural Designer with formal qualification and/or significant on-the-job trainingMinimum 10 years'' experience in marine designStrong proficiency in Aveva MarineDemonstrable leadership experience managing remote teamsAbility to prioritise workload and respond effectively to urgent issuesCompetent in Microsoft Office (Word, ..... full job details .....
