This is a hands-on, varied role helping to rebuild a specialist team that delivers bespoke work for high-end marine and superyacht clients. These customers want their boats out on the water on demand and money is no object - so it suits someone who can think on their feet, solve their own problems, and keep several jobs spinning at once. The role You''ll build, test, service and commission low-volume mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assemblies - thrusters, winches, windlasses, captives and associated hardware - working from technical drawings through to final sign-off. The work is a mix of bespoke new builds, strip-downs, refurbishments and fault diagnosis, with some international travel for installations, commissioning, warranty visits and superyacht regatta support.
