Responsibilities: Emergency response coordination; acting as the front line person responsible for coordinating the response as well as liaising with relevant parties such as project staff and/or external agencies. Vessel / helicopter traffic control as per agreed coordination protocols, procedures and processes. People, vessel and communications tracking. Manage WTG access restrictions. Ensure that all vessel allocations and unforeseen changes to the daily plan/schedule optimise the efficient use of the vessels available. Operate the offshore management system ensuring; (all offshore personnel have the correct certification & all assets are maintained to the latest status) Liaise with local stakeholders as required. Provide weather forecasting and observation system data, and interpret to provide advice and recommendations to Project and Vessel Masters.
