This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to all aspects of marina and boatyard operations. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you''ll be involved in boat movements, marina support, customer service, site maintenance, and ensuring the facility is presented to a high standard at all times. Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with boatyard operations, including boat movements and lifting activitiesSupporting customers on pontoons and within the marina environmentProviding assistance in the marina office and reception when requiredCarrying out general maintenance and upkeep of the siteMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the marinaAbout YouA positive, customer-focused attitudeComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to a varied workloadAble to learn and use computer-based systemsPrevious boating knowledge or experience operating plant machinery would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training can be providedAdditional Information This role involves working outdoors throughout the year and operates on a shift pattern covering a 7-day operation.
