Night Gate Housekeeper
Hours: 7pm - 7am (ad-hoc shifts)
We''re looking for ad-hoc Night Gate Housekeepers to join the team at our client''s marinas. You''ll provide a visible presence on site, carrying out regular patrols of the marina and boatyards, helping to keep the estate safe, secure, and welcoming for visitors.
This role is well suited to someone with previous night watch or security experience, who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out regular patrols, recording and reporting any issues.
Check vessels, buildings, vehicles, and the site for safety and security.
Welcome visitors, manage traffic and enquiries, record visitor details, and register contractors.
Complete daily checks and assigned tasks.
Assist with general upkeep to keep the marina clean, tidy, and safe.
Respond effectively to emergency situations.
Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful service at all times.
About you:
Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused.
A competent swimmer (essential).
General maintenance skills (advantage but not essential).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Practical, resourceful, and able to use initiative.
Committed to following operational and health & safety standards.
