Location: We''re based in Central Southampton. This role will be mostly based in our office at Brunswick Place, to allow the postholder to work alongside our team. There may be the possibility of some hybrid working on completion of probation period The Role As a MaPS Debt Adviser, you''ll be part of our friendly advice team, helping people experiencing financial difficulty to find a way forward. You''ll carry out comprehensive debt assessments, provide high-quality debt advice and casework, help clients maximise their income and support them to identify sustainable debt solutions. You''ll work with people whose circumstances may be complex or urgent, adapting your approach to their needs. Advice will be delivered face-to-face, by telephone and through digital channels. You''ll work within Citizens Advice quality standards, FCA requirements and the expectations of the Money and Pensions Service Debt Advice Project.
