Our client has an opportunity for a Workshop/Hand skills Trainer to join them on a permanent basis.This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to make a lasting impact by mentoring and developing the next generation of Royal Navy engineers. You''ll use your industry expertise to coach trainees, helping them build essential engineering hand skills and confidence within a structured learning environment.This is a training-focused role, but prior teaching experience is not required. Full teacher training delivered on site and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed-what matters most is your passion, enthusiasm, and ability to engage and inspire learners throughout their journey.Role: Workshop/ Handskills Trainer Location: Gosport - fully onsite Hours: 37.5 hours per week - term time Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Salary: 39,000 pro-rataWhat you''ll be doing:You will deliver high-quality training in Mechanical Craft and Fabrication, supporting trainees in developing core engineering competencies.
