Manufacturing Process Technician Initial Training Based in Northampton Permanent Location: Alcester, B49 6ES £30,000 - £33,000 per annum Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm (39 hours) Travel allowance available during the Northampton training period About the Role We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join our production team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our future growth and the site transition to Alcester. This hands-on manufacturing position offers the opportunity to develop expertise across a range of specialist tyre manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and, over time, progress into a broader production support role, including training operators and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are keen to develop their skills and build a long-term career within a growing business.
