The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with engineering and quality teams, following drawings, bills of materials, and documented processes to ensure consistent, compliant output.As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for building sub-assemblies and complete products, carrying out soldering and mechanical assembly tasks, and ensuring quality, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. This position suits a hands-on Manufacturing Technician with previous electro-mechanical assembly experience and a methodical approach to build and documentation.Key responsibilities include:Electro-mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies, PCBs, and final productsReading and interpreting drawings and bills of materialsRaising non-conformance, rework, and build documentation where requiredWorking to ISO9001, ISO14001, and health and safety standardsSupporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activitiesTPA are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting on behalf of our client.
