Manufacturing Technician

Talent STEM is supporting a well-established organisation in Kent to recruit a Manufacturing Technician. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the opportunity to work in a modern, regulated manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high-quality products across a technical sector. Key Responsibilities- Carry out daily manufacturing activities within a controlled production environment- Operate, monitor, and maintain process equipment in line with SOPs- Complete accurate production records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards- Report and support resolution of process deviations and equipment issues- Assist with planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement projects- Work closely with quality teams to maintain operational standards- Manage incoming materials and maintain stock levels Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment- Contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity Experience, Skills and QualificationsEssential:- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills- Ability to follow structured processes in a regulated environment- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials- Flexibility to work a shift rota (including weekends) Desirable:- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or technical operations- Familiarity with quality or compliance standards (ISO, GMP, or similar) Next StepsIf you are looking to develop your career in technical manufacturing and ..... full job details .....
