About the Role
The Manufacturing Technician Precision Pro role in Stonehouse involves maintaining production tools and equipment while troubleshooting product, process, or program defects and performing repairs. This permanent position offers a salary between £22,000 and £38,000 annually. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, identifying components, preparing wires, stripping and crimping, plus completing harness repairs and terminations. You will use manual hand tools and work with electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical assemblies. Experience with automated machine operation and programming is essential, alongside basic knowledge of low and high voltage electronics. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, production workflows, testing, and assembly processes is required.
