This will be working on a shifts basis with a 4 on 4 off routine.Job Description:What you will do as a Manufacturing Technician: Assemble high-precision components using Automated machines, hand tools, tweezers, microscopes, or magnification systemsPrevious experience of Auto Assembly machines such as MRSI is preferred and/or experience of gold wire Auto bonding machines such as HESSE, Palomar or KandS.Perform fine alignment, fitting, and adjustment of components Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify defects not detectable by automated systemsFollow exacting work instructions and standard operating proceduresMaintain cleanroom or controlled-environment discipline where requiredCollaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve precision-related issues What you ll bring Good fine motor skills and hand-eye coordinationAbility to manipulate extremely small parts with consistent accuracyAttention to detail and error detectionPrevious work in precision manufacturing, micro-assembly, electronics or similar fieldsManufacturing / Pr...
