Salary: 26,436.80 per year ( 12.71 p/h) Night Shift Premium: 14.00 per night worked Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri + paid overtime Shifts:Training: 08:00-16:00Rotation: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Coatings Technician to support our client production team. You will carry out surface preparation, load setup, coating chamber preparation, equipment checks, and final packing/despatch. Full training provided.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer components (cleaning, blasting, masking)Set up production loads using jigs and fixturesPrepare and test coating chambersReview data and complete documentationPerform equipment checks and basic maintenanceMaintain high 5S/housekeeping standardsSupport audits and continuous improvement activitiesRequirementsEssential:High school education or equivalentAbility to work rotating shifts including nightsPhysically able to meet manual handling needsFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Coating or manufacturing experienceForklift licenceBasic IT skillsKey ChallengesHandling high-value and safety critical componentsFast turnaround productionAccurate reporting and ..... full job details .....
