The successful candidate will have strong electro-mechanical assembly skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.Electrical and Electro-Mechanical AssemblyCarry out electro-mechanical assembly of special-purpose machinery and prototype units.Undertake precision assembly of prototype and production equipment.Complete point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, looming and termination work to a high standard.Carry out soldering and wiring to the required specifications.Read, interpret and work from electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.Locate, diagnose and rectify faults within electrical power supply equipment.Carry out general mechanical and electrical assembly work as required.Correctly use, maintain and care for a range of hand tools, power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments.Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely and in accordance with relevant procedures and quality standards.Tools and Practica...
