Manufacturing Technician

We are currently looking for experienced Production Operators / Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation in Surrey.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in food manufacturing, brewing, fermentation, beverage production, dairy, biotechnology or other process manufacturing environments who are looking to develop their skills within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Pharmaceutical experience is not required.The Role As a Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician, you will work as part of a busy manufacturing team, supporting day-to-day production and ensuring all processes are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Your duties will include: Operating manufacturing and process equipment safely and effectivelySupporting fermentation, media preparation and other manufacturing processesPreparing, assembling, operating and cleaning process equipmentCarrying out production and cleaning activitiesCompleting production documentation and records accuratelyFollowing standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructionsMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeepingFollowing hygiene and contamination control proceduresIdentifying and reporting quality, safety or operational issuesSupporting equipment troubleshooting and process investigationsWorking closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and schedulesSupporting continuous improvement and efficient ways ..... full job details .....
