About the Business: Our Client is a company that specialises in the development and manufacture of Chemical Anchoring, repair solutions and anchoring products for the industrial, construction, and DIY sectors. About The Role: To lead a team of operators in a given area and to take responsibility for production in that area. Initially this will be the Tavil line and the Autoline. However, over time this may be extended to other areas of the factory. This responsibility includes quality and health and safety. The role is a hands-on role. £33,000 per annum during daily rotating shifts. Estimated length of time training would be 2 to 3 months dependant on employee''s learning capabilities.
