Manufacturing Team Leader Chandler''s Ford, HampshirePermanent Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pmSalary: Up to £35,500 per annum (DOE) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Team Leader to support the delivery of production schedules, drive quality standards, and lead a high-performing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll coordinate daily manufacturing activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in achieving our manufacturing strategy of On Time In Full (OTIF), Best Quality, Lowest Total Cost, Shortest Lead Time, and High Morale. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support production teams to achieve daily production targets. Coordinate labour, resources and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Promote a strong culture of health, safety and quality across the manufacturing function. Conduct work centre safety checks and support risk assessments and toolbox talks. Monitor production progress and maintain accurate work centre reporting and order status updates. Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to production teams. Review production drawings and build plans to ensure materials and resources are available. Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of manufacturing staff.
