You will be responsible for coordinating people, resources, and production activities within designated work centres to achieve quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.Working closely with the Operations Process Management team, you will lead and develop a team of operators, ensuring workloads are balanced, skills are aligned to operational requirements, and performance expectations are consistently achieved. You will champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Health and Safety, driving operational excellence while supporting employee development and engagement.The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in a manufacturing environment, capable of motivating teams, solving operational challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
