Location:  Hitchin Hours:  Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm. Friday 6am-11am Starting Salary:  £19ph Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets. Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and 5S standards Plan and release work orders to meet demand. Monitor performance against the production plan and escalate issues where necessary Investigate problems, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Support daily SQDCG updates and track key performance indicators. Maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory control through audits and PI systems. Schedule raw materials using Kanban systems Work with Supply Chain to prevent shortages and delivery delays Support training and development of team members.
