Manufacturing Team LeaderLocation: AbingdonSalary: £50,000 £60,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pmAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a growing advanced manufacturing organisation based in Abingdon. This role leads a manufacturing team, responsible for all production activities following manufacture and treatment through to quality control readiness.The Manufacturing Team Leader combines hands on technical support with people management, task planning, and process ownership to ensure the safe, compliant, and on time delivery of production requirements.
