The role is focused on manufacturing systems support, operational technology (OT), system integrations and shop floor applications, ensuring critical production technologies remain reliable, secure and effective.Key Responsibilities Support and maintain manufacturing applications and shop floor technologies.Provide technical support for operational technology, automation solutions and connected production systems.Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure and integration issues.Support industrial hardware, peripheral devices and network-connected equipment.Maintain integrations between systems, equipment and wider business platforms.Assist with system upgrades, migrations and new technology implementations.Develop and maintain technical documentation and support processes.Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and operational improvement.Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements within the manufacturing environment.Work closely with operational teams, technology colleagues and external suppliers to deliver effective solutions.
