Supervising, motivating and organising team members to maximise productivity and performance. Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Diagnosing equipment faults and coordinating repairs. Carrying out basic maintenance tasks and fitting replacement parts where required. Responding to breakdowns, emergencies and unplanned maintenance issues. Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Monitoring stock levels of materials and equipment.
