Manufacturing Supervisor (Machines) Our prestigious manufacturing-based client, based in Norwich, are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. This is a full time role working Monday Friday 38 hours per week. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: HNC or NVQ level 4 in an Electro-mechanical discipline Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment, ideally in machine or electro-mechanical assembly. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical/electrical assembly practices. Continuous Improvement qualification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) Desirable IOSH Managing Safety Desirable Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting. Desirable Background in low-volume, high-complexity machinery builds or precision assemblies. Desirable Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods. Position Overview The Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise a team responsible for both electrical and mechanical machine assembly operations.
