Manufacturing Supervisor

This role is based on-site at a prestigious location in Woking, where you will lead a team of Quality Inspectors and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key duties and responsibilities:- Writing and maintaining Work Instructions, SOPs, and Test Plans.- Leading and supporting a team of 5-10 Quality Inspectors.- Conducting Level Zero investigations and root cause analysis.- Planning and coordinating inspection activities.- Carrying out layered audits and process conformance checks.- Driving corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.- Ensuring teams have the correct tools, PPE, and documentation.- Supporting hands-on inspection activities where required. Skills and experience:- Proven leadership experience within the automotive or high-volume engineering/manufacturing sector.- Proficiency in writing work instructions and investigating quality issues.- Experience in implementing corrective actions and conducting layered audits.- Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple teams.- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
