Manufacturing Stores ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Stores Manager to lead our stores and logistics operation within a highly regulated aerospace and defence environment.As Manufacturing Stores Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of materials from goods-in through to production and dispatch. You will manage a team of 9 Material Controllers, overseeing daily stores activities, coordinating shipments, and maintaining full traceability of materials.The Manufacturing Stores Manager will monitor key logistics KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Customer Services to resolve material issues and improve service levels.The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Stores Manager role will have proven experience in logistics or stores management within aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Stores Manager to take ownership of a critical function and make a real impact in a high-quality, safety-critical engineering business.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and manage the team of Material Controllers, ensuring effective workload allocation and performance.Oversee Goods In, Stores, and Dispatch operations for timely and accurate material processing.Coordinate domestic and international shipments with couriers and ..... full job details .....
