KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Manufacturing Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Support Quality Assurance tasks and Health, Safety, and Environment systems to maintain compliance.
2. Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues, implementing effective process improvements.
3. Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve equipment failures and enhance asset reliability.
4. Assist in the transfer of new products from the Process Development team to Manufacturing areas.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Manufacturing Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in large-scale manufacturing (Fermentation, Downstream, and/or Chromatography).
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with ISO9001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO14001 standards.
