Manufacturing Site Support Co-Ordinator
Location: Rugby, CV21 1HA
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Manufacturing Site Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our manufacturing site. Working closely with the Site Leadership Team, you will provide administrative support, coordinate site activities, support employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure the site operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and manage purchase orders.
  • Support site facilities, including PPE, contractors, and consumable supplies.
  • Maintain employee records, training files, and attendance records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Director and management team.
  • Assist with reporting and data administration.
  • Welcome visitors and support new starters.
  • Coordinate site communications and employee engagement activities.
  • Promote wellbeing and company initiatives.
  • Help organise site events and activities.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is beneficial but not essential.
