Manufacturing Sales Co-Ordinator

MANUFACTURING SALES CO-ORDINATOR 30,000 per annum Cradley Heath, B64 Full Time, Permanent role. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Manufacturing Sales Co-ordinator to join our established and successful team in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills, ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Working closely with our Business Development Manager and internal departments, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, producing quotations, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation submission. Key Responsibilities Receive and acknowledge customer sales enquiries promptly. Liaise with internal departments regarding the Contract Review procedure. Send subcontract enquiries and communicate with external agents where required. Maintain the RFQ (Request for Quotation) Log and manage subcontract enquiries in line with agreed deadlines. Produce official quotations using Sage 50 Accounts, obtain approval via Adobe Sign, and submit quotations to customers. Electronically file all related documentation in accordance with the company''s Document and Data Control procedures. Attend weekly production meetings and follow up outstanding actions from the RFQ Log. Provide account management support to the Business Development Manager as required.
