Manufacturing Sales Administrator

The Company Our client is a market leading manufacturing company due to a sustained period of growth they are now looking to recruit a Manufacturing Sales Administrator. The Role Is initially fixed term for 12 months there is potential to become permanent. The role will be working in person onsite. Administer specific customer accounts effectively and efficiently. Taking care of the customer''s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance to ensure customer''s requirements are met. Maintain and enhance customer relationships to meet objectives, thus providing a world class customer service. Deliver excellent customer service per sector, constantly striving to maximise customer experience Processing and administering customer orders received per customer. Administer an accurate database of customers using CRM system. The Person Will have previous experience in a similar role ideally in manufacturing. Previous customer service experience. Professional communication abilities, both written and spoken. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel.
