We are partnering with an innovative, high-growth biotech manufacturing business to appoint a Manufacturing Quality Lead. This is a pivotal role supporting GMP manufacturing operations as the company scales from development into commercial readiness.As Manufacturing Quality Lead, responsibilities include:Lead quality oversight across GMP manufacturing operationsOwn and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)Support batch review, deviation management, CAPAs and change controlsPartner closely with Manufacturing, Process Development and Supply ChainDrive inspection readiness and host regulatory / client auditsChampion a strong quality culture across the organisationSupport scale-up activities and facility expansionExperience required:Strong experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (biotech, biologics, ATMP, gene therapy, pharma or advanced therapies)Experience in batch release support and QMS ownershipProven background in deviation, CAPA and change control managementAudit experience (MHRA / FDA exposure advantageous)The ability to operate both strategically and hands-onJoin a cutting-edge biotech business at an exciting stage of growth.
