Manufacturing Quality Engineer

What You Will Do: - Implement relevant procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) and ensure consistent compliance. - Support internal process and product audits, helping to keep documentation current for external certification bodies. - Lead customer complaint responses through containment actions, detailed analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and short- and long-term countermeasures. - Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes, improving yield and reducing waste in line with business targets. - Report quality metrics weekly and monthly, including customer PPM and incident performance, while communicating status clearly across teams. - Manage quality deliverables through engineering change support and assist with PPAP submissions to customer and company requirements.
