The RoleThis is a highly varied position where you will support engineering projects across the full lifecycle - from initial concept and costing through to shop-floor implementation and optimisation.You will be central to improving manufacturing performance, introducing new processes and ensuring products are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support manufacturing and process improvement projects from concept to launchDevelop, optimise and validate production processesSupport new product introduction (NPI) and industrialisation activitiesWork cross-functionally with Production, Quality and RandD teamsTroubleshoot technical and process-related issues on the shop floorDrive continuous improvement initiatives (lean / Six Sigma)Manage tooling, equipment procurement and project timelinesProduce technical documentation and validation reportsAbout YouDegree-qualified in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)Proven experience in a hands-on manufacturing environmentTechnical knowledge of polymers, polyurethane - advantageous Strong background in process ..... full job details .....
