Position Available: Manufacturing Project Manager Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus andamp; Other BenefitsAbout the roleBeing a key member of the manufacturing project management team you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams across multiple disciplines and deliver critical capabilities to our home nations and export partnersThe role will provide many stimulating challenges, personal development opportunities and the chance to work both with teams throughout the UK and internationally.As the Manufacturing Programme Manager, you will be responsible for all projects within a specific product portfolio, predominantly managing series production projectsExperience needed:Accomplished Programme Manager with a proven track record in the delivery of complex multinational projects.Substantial stakeholder management experience, interfacing and effectively influence customers and suppliers as well as briefing to senior management level.Proven management experience leading multi-functional teams in a Matrix or cross functional organisation.Experience of management of project scope, identifying deviations and negotiation of changes and their impact on the overall project.An eye for detail, able to identify risks and opportunity trends within in cost, schedule and quality data and able formulate plans to mitigate risk and deliver opportunities.Enthusiastic and pro-active individual who can prioritise and understand strategic business needs as well as managing the ..... full job details .....
