You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading people and take pride in delivering quality products on time. You may already work within the signage industry, but that's certainly not essential. We're equally keen to speak with Production Managers from joinery, kitchen manufacturing, furniture production, shopfitting, architectural metalwork, steel fabrication or other bespoke manufacturing environments. What matters most is your ability to lead teams, organise production, solve problems and keep work flowing safely and efficiently through the factory. We'll teach you the signage side – we're looking for someone who already understands great production management. You're someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, building relationships with your team, supporting supervisors and creating a culture where quality, accountability and continuous improvement are part of everyday working life.
