This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and are keen to build their skills within a precision manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture precision products while following strict specifications and quality standards.Follow documented work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.Complete production records, process documentation, and quality checks accurately.Record any process issues or deviations and escalate concerns where required.Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and time management in line with procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production updates, equipment concerns, and any issues affecting performance.Skills and Experience RequiredGCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.Excellent attention to detail ..... full job details .....
