Manufacturing Process Engineer Staplehurst, Kent Highly Competitive Salary The Opportunity Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in improving production performance, supporting new product introduction and driving continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing environment. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams, you will help maximise efficiency, introduce new equipment and processes, and ensure products transition smoothly into manufacture.
