You ll analyse and transform manufacturing processes, introduce smarter ways of working, and ensure consistent adherence to high standards across the factory. From driving continuous improvement initiatives to solving complex production challenges, your impact will be felt across every stage of our operations.You ll use your expertise in CAD, including SolidWorks, to design and refine tooling and products, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and cost requirements.
