      <description>Location: Brackley | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a  Manufacturing Process Engineer  to support the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes and facilities for advanced product assembly.  This role focuses on designing, implementing and improving processes, tooling and automation solutions to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production. You will play a key part in shaping manufacturing capability from early concept through to full production, working across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced engineering environment.     The  Manufacturing Process Engineer  will be responsible for:     Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for assembly and test operations.   Designing and validating jigs, fixtures and tooling to support production.   Supporting the integration of automation systems, including robotics and control systems.   Working with internal teams and suppliers to procure and commission equipment and tooling.   Ensuring processes meet quality, cost and performance targets.
