This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations management, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and financial targets are consistently achieved.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Manage site budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Lead, coach, and develop the site management team and wider workforce.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the site s strategic plan.Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.Identify and manage operational risks and resolve challenges effectively.
