Manufacturing Planner

Our client, an international aerospace company working in the defence sector has an opportunity for experienced Manufacturing Planner to join them on a contract basis. This opportunity is to work within the Engineering Function in to support existing aircraft programs.The Manufacturing Planner role provides ownership and accountability of the creation/ maintenance of electronic work packages for each Maintenance, repair or modification input using GoldESP IG1 tool in accordance with PT145 and our client''s policy and processes.This role is to support our client''s delivery of Maintenance and Modification support of the E7 Wedgetail Mk1 AEWandC Aircraft during its initial production phase in Birmingham.Role: E-7 Wedgetail Manufacturing Planner Location: Birmingham Airport Hours: Mon-Thur Early and Late Shift IR35 Status: Inside Hourly Rate: tba Contract: 6-12 months Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK SC for which the Government requires UK Citizenship.Key Responsibilities:Authors technical work instructions to approved process and regulatory requirements, writing, editing and proof-reading text, collating and verifying technical /engineering information, creating and editing bespoke work instructions.Interprets multiple source formats of approved engineering data from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Design Organisation, or Applicable Customer controlled Maintenance data sources to produce a standardised, easy to use and logical set of ..... full job details .....
