Role: Manufacturing OperatorLocation: Bury St Edmunds, SuffolkHours: Full-time weekends (Shift-based)Pay: 30,000+We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join one of the town''s most well-established firms. This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day running of production equipment, assist with processing orders, and help maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.Hours are rotating weekend shift (Friday-Sunday). One week you will work 06:00-18:00 and the next will be 18:00-06:15.There is an excellent shift premium which further boosts your salary.Duties will include:Operating manufacturing and distillation equipment in line with safety proceduresAssisting with start-up and shutdown of plant machineryCarrying out routine checks, housekeeping, and basic maintenanceMonitoring production processes and completing quality checks and samplingLoading/unloading materials and supporting order fulfilmentMaintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and safetyOperating forklift trucks (training provided if required) Skills required:Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essentialGood attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitudeWillingness to learn and follow proceduresAbility to work well as part of a teamComfortable working in a physically demanding role We are offering an excellent benefits package alongside this role which includes: - Enhanced PensionPrivate HealthcareAnnual bonus Salary ..... full job details .....
