Manpower UK is recruiting a Manufacturing Operator for a temporary role based in Renfrew, paying £13.20 to £16.50 per hour. Manufacturing Operator (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Paisley
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + 25% shift allowance
Shifts: Rotating (Early, Backshift andamp; Nightshift)

What you''ll be doing:
- Supporting the manufacturing of specialist products in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring daily production targets and quality standards are met
- Working as part of a team to keep processes running efficiently
- Following strict health, safety, and quality procedures
- Assisting with general production tasks, including manual handling
What we''re looking for:
- National 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English, or relevant work experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
Working hours:
You''ll work a rotating shift pattern across:
- Early Shift: 6am - 2pm
- Back Shift: 2pm - 10pm
- Night Shift: 10pm - 6am
